Background to your work: Young & Safe is Lambeth Councils programme to address Serious Youth Violence and gang crime. The programme has been running since April 2009 and we receive and manage referrals for individual young people aged 8-19.

We work with a range of partners in the voluntary and community sector to provide services to these young people and we deliver targeted programmes in youth venues and schools, we are a partnership programme working closely with the Police and statutory services.
