- I am a retired public health specialist. I have a background in community development. On secondment from the NHS I spent 3 years co-ordinating the Communities First, Welsh Govt regeneration programme in two deprived wards in Cardiff, Caerau and Ely. I am now a ward councillor representing the Riverside ward on Cardiff Council
